The Organisation:
Journalists for Christ (JFC), the organization of Christian journalists and allied professionals in Nigeria was established in April 1998 in Nigeria to promote the gospel among journalists and other media practitioners.

The organization seeks to encourage those who are already Christians to remain steadfast in the faith and reach out to those who are yet to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and saviour.

Administrative structure
Coordinator: Journalists For Christ (JFC) is coordinated by Lekan Otufodunrin, a journalist and media trainer. A graduate of mass communication from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Otufodunrin was former group News Editor, Punch Newspapers; Member, Editorial board, New Age Newspaper and presently Sunday Editor of the Nation Newspaper.

Chaplain: To meet the spiritual needs of its members, Rev. David Alabi serves as JFC chaplain.

Support staff: Journalists for Christ (JFC) has a program officer, an office assistant/computer operator and a number of ad-hoc personnel and staff who volunteer to run the organization's programs and activities.
